What will happen after the full price of the item is funded?

  • After the amount of the commodity is reached, the team will make the purchase and send it to the investors with an official declaration of ownership, (percentage share) and all necessary documents.

What kind of commodities do you offer?

  • The fund is primarily focused on apartments, houses, land, etc. Commodities will be mostly purchased for rental purposes.

How do I get my profit from this investment?

  • Rental returns will be divided to investors by their share ownership. This income will be sent to investor’s crypto wallets, in the frequency outlined in the rental contract of the property.

Where will the commodities be located?

  • Most will be in central Europe and Australia. All details will be covered in the description of each property.

What if more owners own the same property? Will there be some sort of hierarchy as in real world companies?

  • Yes. Owners who have the larger share, will have more voting rights and can choose what to do with the property, (eg. change rental price, sell property). Logically, the major percentage of the votes, will have the last say.

What if the price of the property is not reached within the curtain period?

  • If this occurs, all deposits will be refunded back to investor’s wallets in 3 days.

What kind of documents do you need from me in case I buy into a commodity?

  • Itβ€˜s individual. Our lawyer will inform the investors after each purchase.

Will the SYNERGY team also be involved?

  • Yes. Funds collected as part of the project fees will be invested into commodities of the teamβ€˜s choice. Each team member can invest as an individual as well.

FEES

  • The profit fee is 10% + 5% to Treasury

  • This fee is only charged from your clear profit. E.g.: If your gross income is $1,000 per month, you will get $825 as clear profit to your wallet.

Maintenance fee

  • 15% per deposit. This fee will cover the lawyer for his services and expenses such as transition fees, contracts and other items connected to the purchase.
